<h1>Senior Product Manager&nbsp;</h1> <p>Piramidal is looking for a product manager to own the roadmap and execution of our real-time neural monitoring platform. You'll be responsible for translating what clinicians need into what engineers build.</p> <h2>In this role you will</h2> <ul> <li>Own the product roadmap across our clinical and infrastructure products</li> <li>Run discovery with clinicians and partners to translate needs into product requirements</li> <li>Define and prioritize features across detection, alerting, visualization, workflow, and more</li> <li>Work directly with ML and platform engineers on technical tradeoffs and model behavior</li> <li>Coordinate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure product decisions align with submission and safety constraints</li> <li>Ship product in short cycles with a small, fast-moving team</li> </ul> <h2>Your background looks something like</h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of product management in a technically complex and/or fast-moving domain</li> <li>Comfort working directly with engineering teams on system design and technical tradeoffs</li> <li>Experience with clinical or regulated products (FDA or equivalent)</li> <li>Strong written communication&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to move fast and independently</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to have</h2> <ul> <li>Clinical domain knowledge in neurology or critical care</li> <li>Experience with real-time or streaming data products</li> <li>Background in ML-powered products where model behavior is a core product surface</li> <li>Familiarity with FDA clearance processes</li> </ul> <h2>About Us</h2> <p>We are building a first-of-its-kind foundation model for electrophysiological brain data.
