In this role, you will play a key role in shaping how customers understand, manage, and interact with AI-driven trust, risk, and transparency. You’ll work across product, engineering, and leadership teams to define strategy, influence product direction, and deliver thoughtful, scalable design solutions. This is an opportunity for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, can simplify complex systems, and is passionate about building trust in AI through exceptional user experiences.   What you will do <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for the AI model experience and features, from discovery through delivery</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and translate complex AI concepts into intuitive experiences</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct and guide user research to uncover customer needs, mental models, and trust gaps related to AI systems</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advocate for user needs and ethical design considerations, ensuring transparency, explainability, and usability in AI-driven experiences</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop frameworks, interaction models, and design patterns that scale across AI-related products</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Present design concepts, research insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, elevating team craft and design quality</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive collaboration across teams to align on user experience vision and execution</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate on solutions</li> </ul>   What you will have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects and delivering end-to-end design solutions</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code or similar tools</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design strategy</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven concepts into clear, usable experiences</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product</li> </ul>   Nice to have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience designing for AI/ML-driven products or data-rich applications</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with concepts such as AI transparency, explainability, and responsible/ethical AI design</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fluent with AI-assisted workflows and using agentic tooling for design processes</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in enterprise or SaaS environments with complex workflows</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience influencing product strategy and contributing to long-term vision</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience mentoring or coaching other designers</li> </ul>   Benefits <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Generous time off policies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Top shelf benefits</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Education, wellness and lifestyle support</li> </ul>   To protect candidate information and maintain a secure hiring process, all applications must be submitted through our careers portal.
