<h3><strong>Joining Collibra's People team as a Senior People Partner, GTM &amp; AI</strong></h3> <p>You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to two of Collibra's fastest-growing teams, Deasy Labs, our AI unstructured data team, and our Customer Organization inclusive of Customer Engineering, Professional Services, and Support. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You will operate like an internal organizational consultant, identifying problems, interrogating data, forming a POV, and driving solutions without waiting to be told what to do</p> <p>If you already use AI as a core part of how you work and are energized by building people strategy in a high-growth, AI-forward environment, this role was built for you</p> <p>This is a hybrid role based in our New York office. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.</p> <h3><strong>Senior People Partners at Collibra are responsible for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partnering with business leaders on workforce transformation as AI reshapes roles and team structures, including role redesign, change management, and helping managers effectively lead hybrid human-AI teams</li> <li>Building relationships with leaders to proactively identify, design, and develop targeted People strategies that drive business outcomes, leveraging workforce analytics, AI-assisted insights, and direct business partnership to improve productivity, retention, and organizational health</li> <li>Providing strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching at all levels of the organization</li> <li>Embedding People programs into business strategies including Performance Management, Learning &amp; Development, Rewards, and Employee Experience in ways that directly support business objectives</li> <li>Mitigating risk by proactively aligning compliance practices with country-specific requirements and serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across the United States and, as needed, other supported regions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner directly supporting a customer-facing or revenue organization such as Customer Success, Sales, Sales Engineering, or Professional Services</li> <li>Experience with a global organization, specifically the United States and EMEA</li> <li>Familiarity with how AI is changing workforce design, skills requirements, and manager-employee dynamics</li> <li>Experience using data to identify insights that drive action, including demonstrated ability to go from data to insight to recommendation to outcome</li> <li>Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows</li> <li>A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required</li> <li>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You are</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A curious, adaptive learner who treats AI as a professional multiplier — you are actively building your own AI workflow, not waiting to be trained on it</li> <li>Someone who operates like an internal organizational consultant — you identify the problem, interrogate the data, form a POV, and drive the solution without waiting to be told what to do</li> <li>An effective communicator and critical thinker who demonstrates empathy and experience driving collaborative work across functions and levels</li> <li>Experienced in project management and change management with a track record of influencing and strategically solving problems in fast-moving environments</li> <li>Someone who thrives in constantly changing environments and builds trusted relationships across teams quickly</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Measures of success</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Within your first month, you will have met every individual on the Deasy Labs team, understand the business strategy and how every role contributes, met every Director+ leader in the CCO org, and have a clear picture of organizational talent</li> <li>Within your third month, you will own the workforce plan for both Deasy Labs and the Customer Organization and have established trusted relationships with key business leaders across both teams</li> <li>Within your sixth month, you will have driven at least one meaningful people strategy recommendation that connects directly to a business outcome for your client groups</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation for this role</strong></h3> <p>The standard base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $210,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
