Help leaders think through how automation and AI change roles, skills, and ways of working in these functions. Find critical talent in areas like FP&A, accounting, tax, commercial legal, and compliance, and build plans to keep them. Manager coaching: Coach managers on performance, feedback, and team effectiveness. Help first-time and growing leaders build their skills. Change management: Run change plans for organization, process, and systems changes, keeping people informed and engaged. Employee relations: Handle ER matters with sound judgment and discretion, working with the People COEs. Total rewards & performance: Work with Compensation on career frameworks, leveling, offers, and annual pay and performance cycles. Data-driven insights: Use people data (attrition, engagement, hiring speed, org health) to spot trends and drive decisions. Culture & engagement: Act on engagement survey results and build an inclusive, high-performing culture across Finance and Legal. What you bring 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP supporting Finance, Legal, or other corporate functions, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech company Experience partnering with director- and VP-level leaders, ideally in a CFO or General Counsel organization An understanding of finance and legal roles, career paths, and talent markets Strong experience in talent management, plus hands-on experience with org design and change management Strong judgment in employee relations, plus sound knowledge of employment law in multiple countries A high level of discretion with sensitive and confidential information Comfort with data and with HR systems (e.g., Workday) Curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping work, roles, and skills The ability to work independently, influence without authority, and challenge leaders constructively Global experience preferred (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) Why work at Delinea?
