Job Title: Senior Paid Media Buyer Location: Remote (LATAM) Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week | Must be available during Mountain Time (MST) Compensation: $3,000–$4,000+ USD/month (Depending on experience and location) About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled and self-sufficient Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our fast-growing remote agency. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep agency experience , a strong technical foundation in performance marketing and conversion tracking, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads , Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , YouTube , Bing , and other platforms. Set up new ad accounts and implement robust conversion tracking (using GA4 , ad platform pixels, and CRM integrations ). Audit existing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and create detailed, actionable optimization plans. Own the full paid media lifecycle for approximately 10 active clients , including strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization. Ensure proper attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager , GA4 , Databox , HubSpot , and Salesforce . Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services, SEO, Copywriting, Design) via Monday.com , Slack & Zoom to align campaign strategy and creative assets. Stay on top of platform updates, new ad formats, and digital trends to continually improve campaign performance. Requirements 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record managing lead generation campaigns in an agency environment . Expertise in Google Ads , Meta Ads , and cross-channel performance marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager , GA4 , and multi-channel conversion tracking. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience using Databox or similar analytics/reporting tools. Excellent English communication skills ( near-native proficiency required ). Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable working collaboratively using Monday.com and Slack. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with mid-market or startup clients , especially in scaling revenue from $2M to $20M+.
