About the Role As the first Operations Strategist, you will connect CPG customers with the engineering team across discovery, implementation, and customer success. You will shape customer workflows and build the practices that support effective automation as the business grows. What You'll Do Lead discovery with prospective and current customers to map operations, systems, and workflows and identify automation opportunities. Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and explain technical constraints in business terms. Manage implementation projects from scoping through timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment. Support customers after launch by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and escalating when needed. Advise customers on improving systems and workflows, not only automating existing processes. Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work across customer and engineering teams. Early-stage startup experience is helpful. Comfort with occasional travel for trade shows and customer visits is expected. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $110,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
