We are looking to add a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to the team who will play a critical leadership role in building and supporting this next phase of CesiumAstro’s growth in Europe. In this position, you will lead talent acquisition efforts for CesiumAstro’s Munich office, developing and executing the recruiting strategy required to build the organization from the ground up. The Senior Manager will partner closely with leadership, human resources, and functional leaders to translate business and workforce plans into an effective hiring strategy for Germany and the broader European talent market.
