You will be responsible for owning bus partner settlement processes, overseeing infrastructure cost controlling across European regions, delivering financial reporting and analysis, leading cross-country Finance transformation initiatives, and acting as the senior point of contact for billing and infrastructure cost matters across internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in Warsaw (hybrid model). About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Billing: Own and oversee end-to-end bus partner settlement processes across European regions (particularly Ukraine and Czechia), ensuring accuracy in kilometre data, contractual terms, self-billing, and financial outputs, while supporting additional billing, cross-regional consistency, and month-end closing activities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Infrastructure Cost Controlling: Oversee end-to-end controlling of infrastructure costs across European regions, ensuring accurate accruals, invoice validation, and reconciliation, while maintaining robust cost estimates for monthly closing, proactively identifying and monitoring cost reduction opportunities, and coordinating with operational teams and external service providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Reporting & Analysis: Take accountability for billing and controlling reporting, including group-level contributions (e.g. Bus Cost, Infrastructure Cost), by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing financial data to deliver actionable insights, performance commentary, and ad hoc analyses that support business decisions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Process Improvement & Standardization: Lead end-to-end cross-country Finance transformation initiatives within billing and controlling, from opportunity identification through scoping, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and adoption, applying Lean and continuous-improvement principles to standardize processes before automating them, while systematically identifying and implementing AI, automation, and process redesign opportunities to eliminate manual work, strengthen controls, and embed scalable best practices across the pan-European structure.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for billing and infrastructure cost matters, both internally (Operations, Business Development, other Finance teams) and externally (bus partners)</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">6-8 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational environment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of owning and delivering cross-functional projects from idea to implementation</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on exposure to process automation, AI tools, or finance systems implementation</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Lean Management, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies is a strong plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong project ownership: able to structure ambiguous problems, move them forward independently, and land results without direct authority</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English and Ukrainian</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
