We are a high-functioning, collaborative, and fast-paced team who enjoys the cutting-edge nature of our work and our industry.</div> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-PUYqdcvywoWRUIx2oPNlykTHgah"><strong>About The Opportunity</strong></h2> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-IZv9djsp3oM7h8xQT4ll9vMCg0g">As a Senior Legal Analyst, you will report to the Deputy General Counsel and work closely with all members of the legal team and business leaders throughout the company.</div> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-G2jodfkhAod4WJxJokIl5M03gQe">The right candidate will have strong, prior contract management experience working with a variety of internal stakeholders and various business teams providing general legal support to a diverse and global organization. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment and decision-making skills, the ability and desire to work collaboratively with a high-functioning legal team, and ideally, an interest in the cryptocurrency and fintech industries.</div> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-B1GhdLwn3o5BTAx3d2elhv54gjX"><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-RugVd1W5MoaVT6xfesblV9tUgff"> <ul> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including, but not limited to, NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.</li> <li>Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts that are key to OKX's future growth.</li> <li>Apply OKX's SOP or design new SOPs to support OKX's commercial objectives while following applicable regulations and otherwise managing legal and regulatory risk.</li> <li>Maintain organised records of contracts and various legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions.</li> <li>Collaborate with business units and legal team members to design, develop, and implement legal processes, training programmes, internal guidelines, and playbooks to drive efficiencies and build for scale.</li> <li>Assist with special projects as needed.<br><br></li> </ul> </div> <h2 class="heading-2 ace-line old-record-id-OCsPd1dSCoMrZRxgUSRlpJ9RgCc"><strong>What We Look For In You</strong></h2> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-NIvedxSXio0NMWxklCql1iS7gjd"> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university;
