About the Role Strategy Development & Execution <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the global point of contact for all influencer marketing activity — the go-to expert for internal teams and regional stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead the development and execution of the global influencer marketing strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with Brand objectives and Marketing goals</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Create scalable, innovative strategies to grow influencer partnerships, increase brand awareness, and drive conversion across multiple digital platforms</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on performance, market trends, and consumer insights</li> </ul> Influencer Relationship Management <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers across all tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity), ensuring long-term collaboration and brand loyalty</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage and negotiate partnerships with key high-impact influencers and brand ambassadors — tapping into new audiences, exploring new channels, content formats, and avenues for communication</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Stay ahead of emerging trends in the influencer landscape and identify new opportunities that elevate the brand</li> </ul> Campaign Planning & Execution <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead planning and execution of diverse influencer campaigns: from always-on collaborations to key brand engagement initiatives, occasion-driven, or market-specific campaigns</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal teams (Organic & Paid Social, Brand, Media, Communications, Partnerships) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives and ensure cross-channel consistency</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimising spend across campaigns</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee campaign execution — ensuring creative consistency, stakeholder alignment, timely delivery, and performance tracking with actionable insights</li> </ul> About You <div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful global campaigns (agency and/or client-side)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong expertise in influencer marketing, content creation, community management, and emerging social media trends</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Well-established network of influencers, creators, and industry stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across multiple international markets, with strong cultural awareness of key regions including DE, US, UK, IT, Benelux, and FR</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, presentation, and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced, lean, and dynamic environments.</li> </ul> </div> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
