We're hiring a senior account manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of B2B lead generation accounts.</p> <p>This role is for someone who thrives in a founder-led environment, takes full ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating without rigid structure. You'll manage accounts end-to-end, from campaign optimisation and conversion tracking through to landing page input and client reporting.</p> <p>We're not looking for someone who follows a checklist. We want a critical thinker who takes initiative, spots problems before they become problems, and treats client accounts as if they were their own business.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage ~20 Google Ads accounts independently across different B2B industries</li> <li>Run ongoing optimisation, testing, and performance analysis</li> <li>Build and maintain offline conversion tracking setups (a core differentiator for our agency)</li> <li>Produce monthly performance reports and strategic insights for client reviews</li> <li>Analyse lead quality using CRM data and Google Sheets, not just platform metrics</li> <li>Contribute to landing page strategy and CRO recommendations</li> <li>Maintain clean change logs and account documentation</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and client retention</li> <li>Collaborate directly with the founder on agency strategy and process improvements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Types of clients you'll manage</strong></p> <p>Our clients are small-to-medium B2B businesses in the UAE and GCC.
