Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Must-have Skills: <ul> <li>Strong fundamentals in Software Engineering.</li> <li>Direct experience with Java.</li> <li>Proven ability to adapt across different full-stack environments.</li> <li>Demonstrated high performance in fast-paced, dynamic environments.</li> <li>Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and self-organizing teams.</li> <li>Clear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Full English proficiency.</li> <li>AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
