Senior Full-Stack AI Product Engineer Full time - Permanent Position Job Role: We’re looking for a highly engaged, self-directed developer who can turn product ideas, PRDs, and UX mockups into exceptional working software. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, AI-native development environment. You’ll build full-stack web products with substantial LLM functionality—from compelling product demos to polished, production-ready experiences. Our workflow is PRD-driven and highly iterative. We work primarily in Cursor and Codex, using modern AI-assisted development practices to move quickly without sacrificing product quality. Experience with OpenClaw, agentic orchestrators, or multi-agent systems is a major advantage. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Turn PRDs, UX mockups, and loosely defined ideas into cohesive working products.</li> <li>Build responsive, polished full-stack web applications.</li> <li>Design and implement meaningful LLM-powered features—not superficial AI add-ons.</li> <li>Develop agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and orchestration logic.</li> <li>Create high-impact prototypes and product demos at “vibe-coding speed.”</li> <li>Evolve successful prototypes into secure, maintainable production systems.</li> <li>Make thoughtful product, UX, and technical decisions without requiring constant direction.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and product stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify missing requirements, edge cases, and opportunities before they become blockers.</li> <li>Use AI development tools effectively while maintaining strong engineering judgment.</li> <li>Own features from initial concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Strong full-stack web development experience.</li> <li>Proven ability to independently ship complete products or substantial features.</li> <li>Experience building production applications with LLMs and related APIs.</li> <li>Strong product instincts and attention to UX details.</li> <li>Ability to translate mockups into responsive, polished interfaces.</li> <li>Comfort working from PRDs while resolving ambiguity proactively.</li> <li>Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or equivalent.</li> <li>Strong backend and API development skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with databases, authentication, cloud deployment, testing, and observability.</li> <li>Ability to balance development speed with reliability and maintainability.</li> <li>Clear communication, sound judgment, and a high level of personal ownership.</li> </ul> Nice to have Qualifications: <ul> <li>OpenClaw experience.</li> <li>Agentic orchestrator or multi-agent system experience.</li> <li>Experience with tool calling, MCP, RAG, memory systems, evals, and structured generation.</li> <li>Experience building human-in-the-loop AI workflows.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with Cursor, Codex, or similar AI-native development environments.</li> <li>Experience converting rapid prototypes into scalable production systems.</li> <li>A portfolio of polished AI products, experiments, or interactive demos.</li> </ul> Benefits:  <ul> <li>Competitive Salary.</li> <li>A comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Life Insurance and RRSP).</li> <li>Remote work from home (available options).</li> <li>The opportunity for career growth and development.</li> <li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li> </ul> CGS evaluates compensation individually for each selected applicant.
