Senior Cloud Platform Engineer – REMOTE

Description of Task to be Performed: AnaVation is seeking a REMOTE Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with deep experience in Azure, AKS, IaC, and SRE practices. You will build, deploy, and operate a cloud-native platform that processes and analyzes digital evidence for legal investigations. Our environment is highly containerized, fully automated, and built around Azure services, AKS, Terraform/Terragrunt, and GitOps workflows. US Citizenship with a Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearance and experience supporting the Federal Government is REQUIRED . What you will be doing Operate and optimize AKS: upgrades, scaling, node pools, troubleshooting. Build and manage IaC with Terraform and Terragrunt. Implement GitOps with Argo CD and GitHub workflows. Deploy and maintain containerized workloads using Docker, Helm, Kustomize. Manage Azure networking, identity, and security (VNets, Private Link, RBAC, Key Vault). Run Azure data services: PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Service Bus, Redis, AI Search, Storage, ACR. Own reliability: monitoring, alerting, KQL dashboards, incident response, performance tuning.
