Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role:</p> <p><strong><em>Must-have Skills:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><strong>4 to 6+ years of experience</strong> as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Strategist within <strong>Supply Chain, Retail, Logistics, </strong>or<strong> WMS implementations.</strong></li> <li data-path-to-node="6,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Agile Requirements Delivery:</strong> Deep hands-on experience writing refined user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence within Scrum/Kanban environments.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Process Modeling (BPMN):</strong> Advanced skills in process mapping and diagramming using tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Data Analysis &amp; SQL:</strong> Strong ability to run complex SQL queries, analyze datasets, and build operational reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Financial &amp; Business Case Acumen:</strong> Proven ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and evaluate P&amp;L impact for technical and operational feature rollouts.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Bilingual Executive Communication:</strong> Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in both English and Spanish.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Nice-to-have:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency:&nbsp;</strong>Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including asset creation, workflow automation, or research.
