This is where strong execution translates quickly into visible business impact.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a <strong>Senior Backend Engineer on Growth</strong>, you’ll be expected to operate with outsized ownership and impact. This is the perfect role for an engineer who can lead high-leverage projects while also strengthening the systems, patterns, and technical foundations that make the broader organization more effective. You’ll partner closely with product, design, data, and peer engineering teams to build reliable backend services, unlock high-impact customer experiences, and raise the scale at which Robinhood can move.
