Learn more about us at lanterncare.com.  <hr>  </div> Senior Analyst, Finance  Lantern Care’s Finance & Strategy team is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Finance to support annual budget planning and the rebuild of the company’s enterprise forecasting model, and to own the model’s ongoing maintenance once rebuilt. This role reports to the Director, Finance and is the person who keeps the enterprise model accurate and current between planning cycles. What you’ll own: <ul> <li>Enterprise model ownership. Own the enterprise forecasting model day to day: data updates, formula integrity, version control, and documentation. Support the Director, Finance on the model’s evolution over time, like applying new drivers (e.g., marketing activations), testing new model logic against actuals, and validating that updates hold up before they go live.</li> <li>Budget planning support. Support the annual budget process: build supporting schedules, engage with business leaders across the org, consolidate functional department inputs, and refine point of view on 2027+ operating profile of the business.</li> <li>Reporting. Build and automate reporting (monthly financial insights presentations, KPIs) to push knowledge into the rest of the business.</li> <li>Special projects.
