Senior Accountant, Paid Revenue

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our global Revenue Accounting operations team, supporting the Paid Revenue segment — including Premium, Partner, and Other Paid Revenues. This role sits within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and is central to driving Spotify's €15B+ Premium subscription business. This is a high-visibility role with broad cross-functional exposure. You'll be a central partner across core business initiatives, working closely with teams across Finance and the wider Spotify ecosystem. You'll be responsible for the preparation and first-level review of analytics, journal entries, reconciliations, accounting system and process testing, and related tasks. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of curiosity and the ability to think strategically as the Premium Revenue environment continues to pursue operational efficiency at scale. Clear communication and organisational skills are essential given the large footprint and varied workflow of Paid Revenue Accounting.
