The Role We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth across our mid-market and enterprise customer segments. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract, targeting organizations ranging from growing mid-market companies to large enterprises in regulated industries. You'll partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. This is a key role for an experienced SaaS seller who understands consultative, solution-based selling and thrives in a startup environment. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close. Maintain a consistent cadence of 5–7 high-quality meetings per month via warm introductions, partner referrals, and strategic outbound prospecting. Build and execute account plans, including land-and-expand strategies to maximize account value. Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns and SDR-generated opportunities, progressing them through to close. Build trusted partner relationships and manage strategic alliances in your territory. Map customer pain points and business outcomes to Compyl's solutions, clearly articulating ROI and value. Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes — from single-threaded mid-market deals to complex enterprise cycles involving multiple stakeholders, budget cycles, and technical evaluations. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to align Compyl's offerings with customer priorities. Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, maintain strong CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to sales leadership. Represent Compyl at industry events, customer briefings, webinars, and virtual roadshows. What We're Looking For 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC. Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing $800K–$1.2M+ in ARR annually, including partner-led sales motions. Experience managing multi-phase sales cycles across a range of deal sizes, from mid-market to enterprise (Fortune 1000) customers. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling). Self-starter with a builder mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to GTM strategy. Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales tools.
