About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and develop relationships with sales partners across Poland</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Acquire new offline sales partners and provide ongoing support to existing ones</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the development and performance of offline sales channels</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns for the partner network</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights to support business decisions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate partner data in Salesforce Sales Cloud</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support campaign planning and budgeting while representing the needs of your partner portfolio</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working with remote, international teams and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges and change</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM system is an advantage</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
