Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. As a Sales Sourcer at TRM Labs, you will play an important role in helping us identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent for technical, go-to-market, and business roles across the company. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to build targeted pipelines, execute thoughtful outreach, and support a high-quality candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational sourcing experience, strong curiosity, and a desire to grow their craft in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should be excited to learn new talent markets, experiment with outreach strategies, and use data to improve sourcing outcomes over time. The impact you’ll have here: Build targeted candidate pipelines for a variety of roles by using sourcing tools, market research, referrals, and creative search strategies. Conduct consistent weekly outreach to prospective candidates, using thoughtful and personalized messaging to engage passive talent. Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, calibrate on strong profiles, and adjust sourcing strategy based on feedback. Track sourcing activity, response rates, and conversion data to understand what is working and where we can improve. Learn new roles quickly by asking strong questions, researching talent markets, and building familiarity with role-specific terminology, skills, and candidate profiles. Support a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly, following up consistently, and representing TRM’s mission and values with care. Bring persistence, curiosity, and attention to detail to every search, especially when working on hard-to-fill or nuanced roles. What we’re looking for: 1–2+ years of sourcing, recruiting coordination, or recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment. Exposure to sourcing tools, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, Greenhouse, or similar recruiting systems. Interest in learning how to source for technical, go-to-market, and business roles across different functions and geographies. Ability to write clear, thoughtful candidate outreach and iterate messaging based on response data. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple searches or priorities at once. Comfort working with sourcing metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and candidate conversion. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with recruiters, hiring managers, and talent teammates. Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn new markets, roles, and sourcing strategies. Persistence and follow-through when engaging passive candidates and building long-term pipelines. About the Team: Our talent team is fully remote, embracing async communication and collaboration through Slack channels, thorough documentation, and proactive updates to keep work moving forward smoothly across time zones. We’re committed to structured alignment, holding weekly hiring syncs for each role, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page and to solve challenges collectively. Driven by a dedication to our craft, we continuously refine our best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for both internal stakeholders and candidates, supported by precise, reliable reporting. As a globally distributed team, we operate across various time zones, yet most of us overlap for collaboration and meetings between 7am-12pm PST, bringing flexibility and resilience to our work routines. All team members, regardless of location, maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours to enable real-time collaboration and drive solutions effectively across the team. Learn about TRM Speed in this position: Within 72 hours of receiving a new position, you partner with the recruiter to prepare for the intake meeting by reviewing the role, researching the talent market, and identifying 5-10 sample profiles to support calibration. Within 48 hours of receiving initial candidate feedback, you help refine search criteria based on recruiter and hiring team input. You then adjust outreach messaging and sourcing strategy to better target the right profiles. Within the first week of sourcing on a role, you build a targeted candidate list, begin outreach, and track early response data to understand what is resonating. Two weeks after initial outreach, you review sourcing activity and conversion data with the recruiter, share observations on what is and isn’t working, and continue refining your approach until the role is filled.
