Job Summary The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for working closely with the sales leadership team to define, implement, and manage processes that support Nextech’s sales growth plans. The Sales Operations Manager maintains documentation on sales processes, assists with on-boarding new sales reps, and optimizes sales productivity.
