Continuous Learning & Performance Measurement Train experienced reps too, with launch updates, sales method refreshers at QBRs and Sales Kickoff, and focused help where we are losing deals. Track how long new hires take to close their first deal, how many reach quota, how they do on certification, and what changes in their calls. Qualifications Enablement Experience & Leadership: 5+ years in sales enablement focused on building, driving, and scaling end-to-end new-hire onboarding strategies from scratch. Instructional Design & Presentation: Deep expertise in instructional design principles, creating clear and attractive training collateral, and delivering engaging live presentations in person or virtually.
