We operate with a lean, high-performance team and are looking for an organized, commercially minded Project Manager to coordinate product delivery, client success, and growth initiatives. This full-time contracted position operates Mon-Fri UK working hours. This hybrid role combines Project Management, Client Success, Product Operations, Digital Marketing, and Business Development. <h2>Working Hours</h2> <ul> <li> Fully Remote </li> <li> Full-Time (Contracted) </li> <li> Monday to Friday </li> <li> UK Hours (9:00am – 5:00pm) </li> </ul> <h2>The Role</h2> You will act as the bridge between customers, developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client requirements. You will also support growth initiatives through digital/social-media campaign creation, marketing coordination, lead management, KPI tracking, and customer success activities.   <hr>   <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Project Management & Product Operations (60%)</h3> Client & Stakeholder Management <ul> <li> Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions </li> <li> Translate business requirements into clear development tasks </li> <li> Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communication </li> <li> Provide regular project updates and status reporting </li> </ul> Development Coordination <ul> <li> Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders </li> <li> Manage sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives </li> <li> Track project milestones and delivery schedules </li> <li> Ensure work remains within scope and deadlines </li> </ul> Technical Triage & QA <ul> <li> Document bugs, issues, and feature requests </li> <li> Reproduce and prioritize technical issues </li> <li> Assist with testing and acceptance validation </li> <li> Communicate technical requirements clearly to developers </li> </ul> Documentation <ul> <li> Create user stories and acceptance criteria </li> <li> Maintain project documentation, SOPs, backlogs, and roadmaps </li> </ul> <h3>Growth Marketing & Business Development (40%)</h3> Marketing <ul> <li> Create and coordinate marketing campaigns across SaaS products </li> <li> Manage content calendars and social media activity </li> <li> Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements </li> <li> Support website updates and marketing collateral </li> </ul> Sales & Growth <ul> <li> Track leads, sales pipelines, and key KPIs </li> <li> Maintain CRM records and reporting </li> <li> Support outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries </li> <li> Identify growth opportunities and process improvements </li> </ul> Customer Success <ul> <li> Support onboarding and customer adoption </li> <li> Track feedback and feature requests </li> <li> Contribute to retention and customer satisfaction initiatives </li> </ul>   <hr>   <h2>Requirements</h2> <h3>Communication (Essential)</h3> <ul> <li> Excellent spoken and written English </li> <li> Confident communicating with customers, executives, and technical teams </li> <li> Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills </li> </ul> <h3>Project Management Experience</h3> Minimum 3 years' experience managing: <ul> <li> SaaS products </li> <li> Web application projects </li> <li> Software delivery teams </li> </ul> Experience with: <ul> <li> Agile/Scrum methodologies </li> <li> Managing developers and stakeholders </li> <li> Delivering projects on time and within scope </li> </ul> <h3>Technical Understanding</h3> You do not need to be a developer, but you should understand: <ul> <li> SaaS products and web applications </li> <li> APIs and integrations </li> <li> Databases and data structures </li> <li> Front-end and back-end systems </li> <li> Software development lifecycles </li> <li> Bug reporting and QA processes </li> <li> Version control concepts </li> </ul>   <hr>   <h2>Tools</h2> <h3>Essential</h3> <ul> <li> GitHub </li> <li> Scrum / Agile </li> <li> Figma </li> <li> Slack </li> <li> Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred</h3> <ul> <li> HubSpot or other CRM platforms </li> <li> LinkedIn Marketing </li> <li> Email marketing platforms </li> <li> Marketing automation tools </li> <li> AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) </li> </ul>   <hr>   <h2>What We Offer</h2> <ul> <li> Fully remote position </li> <li> Full-time employment </li> <li> UK working hours (Mon–Fri) </li> <li> Direct access to company leadership </li> <li> Exposure to multiple SaaS products </li> <li> High ownership and autonomy </li> <li> Growth and advancement opportunities </li> </ul> <h2>Compensation</h2> US$1,500 per month   <hr>   <h2>Application Requirements</h2> Please submit your CV to job3762@hrsorcery.com To apply: <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/bluebox-saas-project-marketing-manager">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/bluebox-saas-project-marketing-manager</a>
