Do you want to impact the hardest working people in the world? Then Jobber might be the place for you! We’re looking for a Revenue Technology Manager to be part of our Sales Enablement & Operations department. Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with small home service businesses, like your local plumbers, painters, and landscapers, to transform the way service is delivered through technology. With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers while providing an easy and professional customer experience. Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That’s why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want! Our culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation has been recognized by Great Place to Work, Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and more. Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50™, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500™ lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we’ve come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers . The team: Jobber’s Revenue Technology team owns and operates the go-to-market tech stack that powers our sales and partnerships teams. This team helps keep that stack running smoothly while also improving the systems, processes, and automations that support our revenue teams at scale. The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Technology, the Revenue Technology Manager will own core RevTech operational processes, provide first-line support across key tools, investigate and scope incoming requests, and partner with RevTech and Sales Operations teammates on larger project rollouts. You won’t just execute repeatable processes — you’ll help make them better. You’ll identify patterns, design cleaner workflows, contribute to AI-enabled automation, and support the rollout of solutions that help our GTM teams move faster and operate more effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, systems-minded, service-oriented, and excited by the opportunity to use AI and automation to reduce manual work. The Revenue Technology Manager will work on : RevTech Operations & User Lifecycle Management Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle processes across Jobber’s GTM tech stack. Provision and deprovision access, assign licenses, and configure team memberships, distributions, and user settings across tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Revenue.io, ChiliPiper, TextExpander, and MuleSoft. Maintain accurate records of user access, tool configurations, and operational dependencies. Identify opportunities to improve the user lifecycle experience through clearer process design, stronger documentation, automation, and AI-enabled support. Tool Support, Triage & Issue Resolution Monitor RevTech support and intake channels, serving as a first point of contact for tool-related questions, access issues, and operational requests. Diagnose and resolve common issues independently, escalating complex or platform-level problems with clear context, impact, and recommended next steps. Track recurring issues, identify patterns, and recommend process, documentation, system, or automation improvements to reduce repeat volume. Partner with RevTech team members to improve how requests are captured, prioritized, routed, and resolved. RevTech Intake, Investigation & Minor Builds Triage incoming RevTech requests by assessing scope, priority, business impact, dependencies, and ownership. Investigate requests by reviewing relevant records, understanding the current process or system state, and identifying blockers, risks, or downstream impacts. Action minor Salesforce and GTM tooling requests independently, including field additions, picklist updates, list view changes, data activation requests, user configuration updates, and other low-risk system changes. Route larger or more complex requests with well-formed context, including a clear problem statement, current-state findings, impacted teams, known dependencies, and recommended next steps. AI, Automation & Process Improvement Help identify recurring manual processes that can be streamlined, automated, or supported through AI. Partner with RevTech and Sales Operations teammates to design, test, and improve AI-enabled workflows that support onboarding, intake triage, support resolution, documentation, data validation, and operational reporting. Contribute to the development of prompts, process logic, workflow documentation, and quality checks that enable AI tools to support RevTech operations safely and effectively. Evaluate automation opportunities with a practical lens, balancing speed, accuracy, user experience, governance, and long-term maintainability. Larger Project Rollout Support Support larger Sales Operations and RevTech project rollouts by helping gather requirements, document current-state processes, identify operational impacts, and prepare teams for change. Consult with stakeholders to understand how proposed solutions will be executed in practice, including handoffs, ownership, intake paths, user behaviour, documentation, and support needs. Collaborate with Sales Operations to design the operational “rig” needed to execute new solutions, including process flows, support models, validation steps, launch checklists, and post-launch monitoring. Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment validation, rollout communications, and adoption tracking. Surface technical risks, gaps, or unclear ownership areas before launch so the team can deliver cleaner and more scalable solutions. Platform Auditing, Validation & Data Quality Conduct periodic audits of Salesforce licenses, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, formulas, fields, and related configurations to support platform accuracy and hygiene. Identify stale, redundant, misconfigured, or underused platform elements and recommend cleanup or governance actions. Support validation efforts when changes are deployed, helping confirm expected behaviour across affected users, teams, records, and workflows. Execute Salesforce data loads with accuracy, following established governance and review processes. Validate data before and after loads to ensure quality, completeness, and integrity. Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain and improve runbooks for recurring processes such as onboarding, offboarding, support triage, tool fixes, audits, and data loads. Create clear documentation that enables repeatability, reduces dependency on individual knowledge, and supports faster resolution of common issues. Keep documentation current as tools, workflows, and ownership models evolve. Use AI thoughtfully to draft, improve, organize, and scale documentation while ensuring accuracy and clarity. To be successful, you should have: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You can manage multiple concurrent requests, follow through reliably, and keep stakeholders informed. A service-oriented mindset. You know when to solve something yourself, when to escalate, and how to provide helpful context either way. Hands-on Salesforce experience, including comfort navigating objects, fields, users, profiles, permission sets, list views, reports, validation rules, and data quality considerations. Experience working in a SaaS, RevOps, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, or tech-adjacent environment. Comfort operating in a ticketing, intake, or request-based environment. Jira experience is a plus. AI literacy and curiosity. You are comfortable using AI tools to move faster, troubleshoot, summarize, document, and improve workflows — and you are interested in helping design AI-supported processes responsibly. Process thinking. You can look at a recurring task, understand the steps and dependencies, and identify where the process could be clearer, faster, or more scalable. Strong communication skills. You can ask good questions, summarize findings clearly, explain blockers, and translate messy requests into actionable next steps. Ability to work independently while knowing when to pull in the right partners. Comfort supporting project rollouts through testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and post-launch support. Nice to have : Salesforce Administrator certification. Prior hands-on experience with tools such as Revenue.io , ChiliPiper, HubSpot, MuleSoft, TextExpander, or similar GTM systems. Experience supporting a sales, partnerships, revenue operations, or sales enablement function. Exposure to data loading tools, bulk Salesforce operations, or data governance processes. Experience contributing to automation, AI workflow design, internal tooling, or process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with change management, enablement, user acceptance testing, or rollout planning.
