We do not conduct interviews via instant messaging.</p></div><h1>About the Role</h1> <p>You will support our finance organization and be a driver of revenue growth. Working closely with sales and account management leadership, you will ensure quotas are met, we have efficient and scalable commissions processes in place, and define a path for short-term and long-term growth.</p> <h1>Your Area of Focus</h1> <ul> <li>Build and maintain accurate, repeatable reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into revenue performance, quotas, commissions, and key operational metrics; perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and root causes.</li> <li>Support recurring sales compensation processes, including payout validation, commission reporting and reconciliation, quota management, attainment reporting, forecasting, and special incentive administration.</li> <li>Investigate compensation, quota, reporting, and data discrepancies end-to-end, identify the underlying cause and broader impact, and partner with the appropriate teams to drive resolution.</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Business Systems, Enablement, and other stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and implement scalable operational solutions.</li> <li>Provide clear, actionable, best-practice recommendations to business leaders that identify opportunities to increase bookings, while demonstrating how proposed solutions empower Sales and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Own and execute recurring Revenue Operations processes with strong accuracy, prioritization, documentation, and communication, while progressively requiring less day-to-day direction as expertise grows.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline recurring workflows, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency as the Revenue Operations function scales.</li> </ul> <h1>Your Professional Qualifications</h1> <ul> <li><strong>Required: </strong>2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role, with strong attention to detail.</li> <li><strong>Required: </strong>Experience in optimizing workflows leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI)</li> <li><strong>Required:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets, formulas, lookups, and data validation.</li> <li><strong>Nice to have:</strong> Experience using SQL to query and analyze data; experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau or another business intelligence tool.</li> <li>Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM and the ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.</li> <li>Structured problem solver with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills who can identify root causes and communicate clear, actionable findings.</li> <li>Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and ad-hoc requests while maintaining accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.</li> <li>Self-driven, curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, results-driven environment with increasing ownership and accountability.</li> <li>Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support analysis, documentation, process improvement, automation, and productivity.</li> <li>Experience supporting sales compensation, quota management, forecasting, or sales performance reporting is preferred.</li> <li>Healthcare and SaaS experience is preferred but not required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>#LI-SS1 #LI-Remote</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>In compliance with California's pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this position will be provided and may include an hourly rate, annual salary, or On-Target Earnings (OTE), depending on the nature of the role.
