Job Title: Remote Project Manager – Electrical Construction Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,500/month, depending on experience Location: Latin America (LATAM) About the Role We are hiring a Remote Project Manager to support an established electrical contracting operation in California. The company specializes in inside wiring, dry utilities, underground utilities, and EV charger installations and is preparing for increased project volume beginning in Q4 2026. This role is ideal for an experienced electrical construction project manager who can independently coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, project logistics, and day-to-day operations while working remotely with a U.S.-based team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, timelines, milestones, and staff calendars Manage communication and coordination with subcontractors Support pre-construction planning, project logistics, and project readiness Conduct vendor outreach and maintain vendor relationships Track project progress, deadlines, and operational requirements Participate in regular virtual meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and solutions Use construction and project management tools such as Procore, BIM, AutoCAD, and Excel Identify project obstacles and proactively coordinate solutions Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Requirements 3+ years of project management experience in electrical contracting Experience with U.S.-based electrical construction projects strongly preferred Hands-on experience with inside wiring, dry utilities, underground utilities, or EV charger installations Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of construction project coordination and scheduling Proficiency with tools such as Procore, BIM, AutoCAD, and Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Comfortable coordinating with U.S.-based teams, subcontractors, and vendors Available to work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday Available to start in September 2026 Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical construction projects Familiarity with dry utilities, underground utilities, EV charging, or renewable energy installations Experience working with small to medium-sized construction companies Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management Experience identifying and resolving communication or coordination gaps in remote teams Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly organized electrical construction PM who can take ownership of projects and keep schedules, people, vendors, and deliverables moving forward.
