The role is based in Warsaw (hybrid model) and available immediately. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and career development.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Execute and oversee core HR processes such as onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Support the business in achieving goals through workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and strengthening company culture.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices to minimize risk.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Drive a positive employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Champion HR process improvements and digitization using tools like Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend continuous improvements. </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">3-5+ years of work experience as HRBP</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Experience in advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to influence leaders at various levels</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles etc</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors); able to analyze metrics and turn insights into action</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with structured thinking to tackle complex challenges using clear problem-solving strategies </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Solid knowledge of Polish labor law</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluent in Polish & English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
