In this role, you'll work directly with our bus partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders to ensure reliable, safe, and high-quality service delivery across the Serbian market. This role combines hands-on operational support, partner management, and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve network performance and customer experience. This position will be based in Belgrade (hybrid model). About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with our bus operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term partnerships</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Train, support, and develop operator counterparts and drivers to meet our international quality and service standards</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Onboard new bus partners onto our platform and systems while supporting the launch of new routes and operational initiatives</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Monitor operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and proactively resolve operational risks and challenges</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Drive and implement quality and safety improvement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Travel across Serbia to conduct operator visits and audits, gathering feedback from bus operators, station personnel, and drivers.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Collaborate closely with Business Development, Network Planning, Authorizations, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">3-6 years of experience in Operations, ideally within transportation, logistics, mobility, or a similar environment</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Transportation industry experience and exposure to a fast-growing international environment is a strong plus</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, drivers, and local authorities</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluent in Serbian and English; additional regional languages are a plus</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Willingness to travel across Serbia (up to 50% of the time); driving license is a strong plus </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
