You will be working in a rapidly scaling-up environment and being responsible for managing operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners in Perú. This role will be based in Lima, Perú under a hybrid working model. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Build, maintain, and develop long-lasting relationships with bus partners & bus station.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Manage day-to-day interactions with our bus operators to ensure there is no disruption.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Monitor operators’ adherence to our processes and standards and carry out audits with operators to ensure they follow quality and safety standards. </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Work cooperatively with our operators to ensure that their information on our platform is updated, as well as track training process for bus drivers. </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Network Planning, Business Development) for seamless operations.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">5+ years of work experience in operations, ideally in dynamic daily environment within transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluent Spanish and English is a must.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (e.g. business partners, bus drivers, station managers, or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Advanced Excel skills.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Organized, independent, reliable and responsible working style.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong Analytical skills.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
