At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.   As Regional Operations Manager for Poland, Baltics & Finland at Flix, you can make an impact by owning the end-to-end operational performance of our transport network across a diverse and growing multi-country region, turning strategy into seamless execution.  About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and drive operational performance, ensuring transport services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Define and execute the regional operations strategy in alignment with Flix's broader business objectives, acting as the senior operational authority for the region </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service resilience across the region </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and report on regional KPIs, using data to inform decisions and present performance insights to senior leadership </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Network Development, Legal, and Central Operations teams to support regional growth </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, ideally within transport, mobility, logistics, or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of leading regional or multi-country operations with full accountability for performance, quality, and budget </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate relationships with partners, authorities, and senior internal stakeholders across different markets </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills and comfort presenting performance insights to senior leadership </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in English and Polish; fluency in another regional language is a plus </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth international environment is a plus </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
