You’ll act as a key operational partner, ensuring high standards, strong relationships, and seamless cross‑functional collaboration. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Route & Partner Onboarding: Technically and operationally prepare bus partners for new route launches</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Route Management & Quality Control: Monitor assigned routes for punctuality, safety, quality, and additional services</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Standards & Optimization: Ensure continuous improvement of connections in line with FlixBus standards</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Driver Training & Partner Support: Train drivers and provide ongoing technical and operational support to bus partners</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with bus partners and other stakeholders</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Project & Crisis Management: Lead complex operational projects and improvement initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring clear ownership, stakeholder alignment and measurable results and implement action plans in crisis situations</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration: Contribute specialized knowledge to global and local projects, conduct vehicle/driver inspections, and keep all stakeholders informed on results and next steps</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Operational Ownership & Delegation: Take ownership of assigned operational areas, independently manage day-to-day topics, and act as a reliable operational backup for the Senior Operations Manager </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of bus operations, transportation processes, and partner management</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluency in English and Romanian is a must; Fluency in Bulgarian or Greek is a plus</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">High attention to detail and accuracy </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Ability to work independently and as a part of a team  </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
