As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions within the company.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the web3 industry, specifically talent related projects, come and join our team!</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization, including specialized roles in technologies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.</li> <li>Utilize CRM and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Web3 industry/ Emerging Technology developments, and talent acquisition best practices to help inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might thrive in this role if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field&nbsp;</li> <li>3+ years of experience in recruitment agency (360 recruitment), with strong track records.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in recruiting for emerging technology sectors (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum Computing, and semi-conductor)&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with emerging technology sectors, including developments and trends.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of CRM and recruitment platforms is an advantage.</li> <li>Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div>
