Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.</li> <li> Contract Management: Create and manage contracts for cleaners, ensuring all legal documentation and valid work permits are in place for compliance with UK regulations.</li> <li> Social Media Savvy: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to build our brand and attract potential candidates.</li> <li> Content Creation: Design eye-catching posts and campaigns using tools like Canva and CapCut.
