We’re hiring a Recruiter (On‑Site) What you’ll do • Manage a high volume of requisitions and hiring activity simultaneously, maintaining organization and clear communication. • Source, screen, and move candidates through the recruiting process for non‑sales roles across multiple locations. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and drive time‑to‑fill improvements. • Keep accurate candidate and requisition records and provide regular status updates. What we’re looking for • Proven experience working in a high‑volume recruiting environment. • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at the same time. • Experience with RPO, staffing agency, or healthcare recruiting is a plus. Location & schedule • This is an on‑site opportunity. Available sites: Chandler, Miami, Duluth, Deerfield, Troy, and Charlotte. • Standard schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation & benefits • Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per year. • Performance‑based bonus opportunity.
