Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:<br><br><br></p> <p><strong><em>Must-have Skills</em></strong><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role, you must have:</p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="7,0,0">Core Principles: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,1,0">Frontend: Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and styling using Emotion.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,2,0">Backend &amp; APIs: Proven experience with Node.js and GraphQL, alongside working knowledge of C# and Microsoft .NET.</li> <li data-path-to-node="7,3,0">Build &amp; Deployment Tools: Familiarity with Artifactory for dependency and artifact management.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,0,0">Adaptability to work across varied tech stacks and architecture patterns.</li> <li data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Strong focus on writing clean, tested, and well-documented code.</li> <li>Strong architecture skills, with the ability to select the best stack for each project.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in English.</li> <li>Experience in one or more of the most commonly used web applications stacks.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Nice-to-have Skills</em></strong><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.</li> <li>Experience working directly with clients.</li> <li>Hands-on knowledge of working in an Agile environment.</li> <li>Experience with the latest and greatest web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3.</li> <li>Strong sense of web design, fundamentals of user experience, and an understanding of accessibility principles.</li> <li>Holistic experience&nbsp; with the web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.</li> <li>A code repository you can share with the team, showcasing your contributions to open source projects is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2221" data-end="2239">Nice-to-have</h3> <ul data-start="2240" data-end="2755"> <li data-start="2240" data-end="2501"> <p data-start="2242" data-end="2501"><strong data-start="2242" data-end="2269">AI Tooling Proficiency:</strong> Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
