Role: Crypto Technical PM. Location: Southlake, TX ; Austin, TX Core Qualifications · 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management within complex platform and enterprise technology environments. · Proven track record of leading execution across high-risk, regulated, or security-sensitive platforms and initiatives. · Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments while maintaining rigorous delivery discipline. · Demonstrated credibility and confidence in working closely with senior engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively. Preferred Qualifications · Experience working within AI-assisted or AI-led delivery models. · Prior exposure to crypto custody, blockchain, or broader financial services platforms. · Proven ability to collaborate effectively with security, risk, and regulatory stakeholders. · Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to connect technology, process, risk, and business outcomes. · Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
