Project Manager (Tokenomics & DeFi - Network Relaunch)

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are partnered with a protocol looking to relaunch, V2 - You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the launch and the token migration. This position requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and token models to ensure a seamless transition and successful project execution.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process.</li> <li>Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.</li> <li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.</li> <li>Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.</li> <li>Report project status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in project management, ideally in the DeFi or blockchain space.</li> <li>Strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms.</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>Experience working in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.</li> </ul>
