As a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure, you will lead complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico, ensuring end-to-end execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will act as a key execution leader within the PMO, coordinating across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate to drive project success. </div> About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex expansion and infrastructure projects across Mexico.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Drive cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Maintain detailed project trackers, risk registers, and dashboards to ensure full visibility and control.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deliverables, and dependencies across all stakeholders.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Prepare and lead project status meetings, capturing decisions and ensuring follow-through.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks before they impact timelines or delivery.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, both internally and externally.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Provide structured project reports to the Expert Project Manager and senior leadership.</div> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847"> <div>Mentor the Junior Project Manager and support continuous improvement of PM methodologies and processes.</div> </li> </ul>   About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in infrastructure, construction, real estate, or expansion projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Advanced Excel and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent, must be demonstrated)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and structured execution.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive and accountable mindset.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Nice to have: PMI certification or formal project management training.
