They are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join their dynamic team.</p> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 3 []">Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee internal projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable outcomes to drive profitability and scalability.</li> <li>Foster seamless collaboration with internal trading, technology, and operations teams to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.</li> <li>Leverage market data analysis to identify opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in market making performance.</li> <li>Stay informed on the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the crypto and Web3 space to inform strategic project decisions.</li> <li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise and commitment to the crypto ecosystem.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, contributing to business planning and long-term growth strategies.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in a Project Management or Project Lead role, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or related industries.</li> <li>Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional team collaboration.</li> <li>Exceptional relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.</li> <li>Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.</li> <li>Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or Web3 concepts is highly desirable.</li> <li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Passion for the crypto and fintech industry, with a proactive approach to staying updated on market developments.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.</li> </ul>
