USSOCOM J6 PMOSS – Program Manager (Key Personnel) Candidate Profile BI-SI Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Key Personnel on a proposal supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J6 Program Management Office Support Services (PMOSS). This is NOT a traditional commercial Program Manager position. We are seeking a senior Government contractor or former Government leader with significant Department of Defense enterprise IT Program Management experience. Required Experience 10+ years leading DoD or Federal Government IT programs Experience managing multiple contracts, workstreams, or large support teams Experience serving as the primary interface to Government leadership Experience managing contract deliverables, schedules, staffing, quality, and customer satisfaction Experience with strategic planning, executive reporting, and risk management Experience supporting enterprise-level IT organizations Experience supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs) Highly Desired Experience USSOCOM Special Operations Forces (SOF) TSOC JSOC DISA Joint Staff DoD CIO Combatant Commands Highly Desired Technical Experience IT Program Management Enterprise IT Communications Network Modernization Cyber Infrastructure Portfolio Management Acquisition Planning CDRLs DD254 Statements of Work (SOW) Performance Work Statements (PWS) Quality Assurance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Budget Execution PPBE POM Executive Briefings Education Master's Degree preferred. Equivalent Government experience may offset educational requirements. Preferred Certifications PMP (preferred) ITIL (nice to have) DAWIA (nice to have) Lean Six Sigma (nice to have) Clearance Current Top-Secret clearance required. TS/SCI is strongly preferred. Location Candidates with experience supporting MacDill AFB, USSOCOM, DISA, Combatant Commands, or other DoD headquarters environments are strongly preferred. What experience do you have with contract deliverables such as CDRLs, Quality Control Plans, Monthly Status Reports, or Service Level Agreements? Have you participated in acquisition planning, SOW/PWS development, proposal support, or transition planning? Do you have experience with PPBE, POM, budget execution, or financial management in a DoD environment? What is the largest team you have directly managed?
