This person will be responsible for leading the visual execution of creative assets for projects across film, advertising, and digital media. The Production Designer is responsible for ensuring visual consistency from concept through completion. This role collaborates closely with creative directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing partners to bring stories and ideas to life through design.</span> <p><span style="font-weight: 600;">What you’ll do:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design and execute high-volume visual assets, including digital ads, social media content, and campaign visuals</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee the rapid production of assets, ensuring brand guidelines and quality standards are met for mass distribution</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and maintain a library of design templates, style guides, and visual components for efficient, large-scale asset creation</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage production timelines and resources to deliver a continuous flow of assets on schedule</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Source and manage stock photography, graphic elements, and other visual resources within budget</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Supervise the final preparation and delivery of assets across multiple platforms and formats</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure visual and brand continuity across all high-volume advertising touchpoints</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Stay current with platform-specific design best practices and emerging advertising technologies</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 600;">What you’ll bring:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution and technical skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, figma)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with AI image and asset generation</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and collaboration skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of brand design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and craft</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understanding of the marketing funnel and extensive experience with high-volume media delivery.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 600;">Preferred (But Not Required)</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in film, television, or advertising industries</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Motion design experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail</span></li> </ul> <span style="font-weight: 600;">About Mozilla </span><span style="font-weight: 600;"> </span></div> <div class="gmail_default" style="font-size: small;"> </div> <div class="gmail_default" style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">When you work at Mozilla, you give yourself a chance to make a difference in the lives of web users everywhere.
