Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic AI & P&L Management:</strong> Own the product vision for advanced analytics, transforming complex AI initiatives into governable, scalable business bets while maintaining full accountability for the digital/e-commerce P&L.</li> <li><strong>Backlog & Agile Leadership:</strong> Define, refine, and prioritize the Product Backlog (Epics and detailed User Stories) to ensure maximum ROI, and lead core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Alignment:</strong> Negotiate priorities and bridge the gap between technical data engineering teams and business executives to ensure clear communication of product features and roadmap direction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must-have Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end product delivery as a Product Owner, specifically within data-driven, digital, or e-commerce environments.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li><strong>English Level:</strong> Advanced/Fluent English proficiency to effectively communicate and negotiate across global technical and business teams.</li> <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Active Certified Product Owner credential (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is strictly required.</li> <li><strong>Methodology & Core Tools:</strong> Deep, hands-on expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and extensive experience managing workflows in Jira and Confluence.</li> <li><strong>Technical Fluency:</strong> Strong foundation in advanced analytics, customer database metrics, SQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency:</strong> Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
