Job Post : Sr. Product Owner Work model: Hybrid Location: Jersey City, NJ (3 days per week)- Hybrid- (DE,MD) Local candidates only Visa: USC/GC/GC-EAD 3 rd Round In Person Interview Candidate has experience with crypto/tokenization/digital assets. Key Qualifications Experience Level: 10+ years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or complex technical delivery within Financial Services or Capital Markets. Product Ownership vs. Project Management : Proven track record of managing product trade-offs, prioritizing backlog items, and driving execution in large-scale multi-stakeholder programs (rather than managing pure project timelines/PMO tasks). Communication & Navigation : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to build consensus across fragmented, inter-company teams (Engineering, Tech, Product, and Client-Facing teams). Industry Domain : Familiarity with financial market infrastructure, wholesale banking, capital markets, or post-trade processing. Digital Assets / Tokenization (Plus): Prior experience or exposure to Digital Assets, Blockchain, or Tokenization is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with strong core product execution discipline.
