You will collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to design scalable, impactful solutions.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone with experience in a startup or product-led environment who wants to grow in a high-ownership, fast-moving, and collaborative setting.</p><h3>Your Role</h3><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li> Collaborating with Product and Design teams to define product vision, priorities, and goals for specific modules or initiatives. </li><li> Maintaining and refining the product backlog with clear, actionable, and business-aligned user stories. </li><li> Supporting discovery, sprint planning, and delivery activities to ensure consistent execution. </li><li> Partnering with Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams to understand workflows, challenges, and SOPs. </li><li> Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or product improvements. </li><li> Translating cross-functional insights into structured requirements and user stories. </li><li> Working with engineers and designers to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation. </li><li> Supporting Project Managers in aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines. </li><li> Using analytics and feedback to measure product success and propose iterative enhancements. </li><li> Gradually taking ownership of smaller product areas with mentorship and guidance. </li><li> Staying curious about user needs, team workflows, and emerging product trends. </li></ul> <h3>What You'll Bring to the Table</h3><p><strong>Primary Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a startup or product-led tech environment. </li><li> Curious, analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn from senior product leaders while taking initiative. </li><li> Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. </li><li> Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities. </li><li> Ability to understand both customer experience and internal operational workflows. </li><li> Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). </li><li> Hands-on experience with tools such as <strong>JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or analytics dashboards</strong>.</li></ul> <ul><li>Competitive salary based on skill set.</li><li>Fully remote role - work with talented teammates across the globe. </li><li>Flexible working hours and autonomy over your schedule. </li><li>5-day work week for better work-life balance.</li><li>Team retreats and offsites to connect and recharge. </li><li>Meal vouchers and employee benefits(health insurance) support. </li><li>Internal learning tracks to grow into other areas of development. </li><li>Plenty of company swag and additional perks.</li></ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/stadium-product-owner">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/stadium-product-owner</a></p>
