Required Experience 10 years of experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or Business Analyst 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Digital Assets and Blockchain Strong understanding of Asset Tokenization, Digital Securities, Stablecoins CBDCs, Custody Wallet Platforms, Smart Contracts, DLT Platforms Ethereum Hyperledger Corda etc. Digital Asset Trading Settlement and Asset Servicing Experience working with Capital Markets Securities Services Wealth Management or Banking clients Proven experience writing user stories managing product backlogs and driving Agile delivery Technical Functional Skills Blockchain Digital Asset Ecosystems, Tokenization Platforms, Smart Contract Lifecycle Digital Asset Custody Settlement, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Jira Confluence, API Integration Requirements UAT and Product Acceptance Testing Stakeholder Executive Management Preferred Qualifications Experience in Digital Asset initiatives involving Treasury Tokenization Transfer Agency Digital Securities or Asset Servicing programs SAFe Product Owner Product Manager POPM certification Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO Knowledge of financial regulations impacting Digital Assets Experience Level 10-15 years Domain Preference: Capital Markets Securities Services Digital Assets Blockchain FinTech.
