The team behind it has 15+ years across Waves, 1inch, Sundog, Hippo, Emlid and Ditto Network. We're looking for a Product Manager who owns growth end to end — technical enough to earn the engineering team's respect, and senior enough to lead it. 🎯 What you'll do • Develop, validate and iterate on product hypotheses aimed at improving user experience and financial metrics across the platform • Design and execute A/B tests to validate product changes, analysing results to derive actionable insights • Leverage data and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, assess trends and measure the impact of product improvements on the user journey and financial performance • Optimise the conversion funnel, user engagement, transaction volume, revenue and customer lifetime value • Own the roadmap and the delivery process — set priorities, lead the engineering team day to day, and ship • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing and UX/UI to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of growth strategies ✅ What we're looking for • 5+ years in product management within crypto/Web3, deep-tech start-ups or product-led companies • A proven track record of GTM and product development from 0 to 1 • Strong knowledge of the Solana ecosystem and its leading projects • Experience building an experimentation process from scratch, not just running tests inside someone else's • Technical fluency: you can hold your own in architecture discussions with the engineering team • Comfortable working with data directly — you don't wait for someone else to pull the numbers • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing engineers directly • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills • English B2+ • Ownership, resilience and a hands-on approach ➕ A strong advantage • An existing network within the Solana ecosystem with wallets, DEXs, CEXs, launchpads or leading Web3 projects • Experience with pre-TGE products, listings or B2B data products • Experience with consumer products where engagement and retention were the core metrics 💰 What we offer • Remote, full-time, fully committed to the product — location doesn't matter, but you need a stable daily overlap with the team's CET working hours • Competitive fixed compensation plus token allocation • Ownership: you hold the roadmap, the metrics behind it, and the team that delivers it • Zero bureaucracy: you work directly with the founders • Timing: TGE and main launch are this quarter — your first six months decide how the product enters the market 🔗 Take a look before you apply • Landing: https://voice.cc • X: https://x.com/voicecc • Demo of the main Opinion market: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysk83sc6uAo • Social Camp, our live pre-launch platform: https://voice.cc/socialcamp Apply
