Product Manager - Podcast

Spotify's Podcast Platform Product Area is building the foundation for the next generation of creator experiences. As we expand into new content formats and business models, maintaining a high-quality catalog is essential to delivering Time Well Spent experiences for listeners. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the products and platform capabilities that power catalog integrity, rights management, and platform safety. You'll define the systems that ensure content distributed on Spotify is safely published, fully cleared, and compliant with copyright, licensing requirements, platform rules, and applicable laws. You'll work closely with engineering, legal, licensing, Trust & Safety, operations, and product teams across Spotify to build scalable solutions that protect creators, rightsholders, listeners, and the long-term health of Spotify's catalog.
