<p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> Spain </p> <h3>About the Role</h3><p>Infatica.io is looking for an experienced and highly autonomous <strong>Product Manager</strong> to lead early-stage product development. You will own products end-to-end—from idea validation and MVP launch to iteration and scaling—primarily in <strong>B2C</strong>, with optional exposure to <strong>B2B</strong> solutions. This role suits a hands-on product leader who thrives in fast-paced, distributed environments and uses data and AI to drive decisions.</p><p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, and iteration </li><li> Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly based on data and user feedback </li><li> Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously </li><li> Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics </li><li> Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams </li><li> Set up and analyze product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments </li><li> Make data-driven decisions balancing business and user needs </li><li> Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders </li><li> Actively use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and productivity</li></ul> <ul><li>Strong experience with early-stage products, primarily <strong>B2C</strong> </li><li>High level of ownership and independence </li><li>Experience managing remote and outsourced teams </li><li>Proven ability to run MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development </li><li>Strong product analytics expertise (metrics, A/B testing, tracking setup) </li><li>Experience working with technical products; software development background or strong technical understanding </li><li>Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools </li><li>Excellent communication and prioritization skills</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li> Experience launching products from zero to product-market fit </li><li> Startup or fast-paced environment experience </li><li> Knowledge of Russian is an advantage</li></ul> <ul><li>Opportunity to own and shape products from the earliest stages </li><li> High autonomy and direct impact on product and business outcomes </li><li>Flexible working hours and remote friendly</li><li> Work in a fully distributed, international team </li><li> Exposure to both B2C and B2B product challenges </li><li> A culture that values experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered innovation</li></ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/infatica-io-product-manager">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/infatica-io-product-manager</a></p>
