As the Global Product Manager for board mount and cable backplane solutions, you will act as a “mini” GM, driving the strategy and capacity plans for our most aggressive growth sector: Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge engineering and high-speed business execution.</p> <p><strong>********The ideal candidate will reside on the West Coast of the USA or in Austin, TX. ********</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Deep Customer Engagement: Drive frequent, direct interaction with AI customers and hyperscalers. Capture "voice of customer" feedback to ensure our roadmaps are market-backed and result in highly differentiated products.<br>• Strategy & Growth: Identify and capture growth opportunities within AI segments. Articulate market trends to ensure TE remains our customers’ first-choice interconnect partner.<br>• Go-to-Market Execution: Lead aggressive product launches and develop value propositions that clearly solve customer pain points in the AI space.<br>• Operations & Capacity: Partner with S&OP to drive the capacity expansion required to keep pace with hyper-scale AI deployment cycles.<br>• Financial Leadership: Own the P&L (sales and margin) for your portfolio; identify and resolve gaps to the business plan with a sense of urgency.</p> <p><br><strong>Candidate Performance Profile</strong><br>• Bias for Action: You are a self-starter who prioritizes results over process. Experience in high-speed interconnects or AI infrastructure is strongly preferred. </li> <li>High-Performer Track Record: We value talent over tenure.
